At AskRajni, we strive to provide high-quality astrology services, consultations, gemstones, and spiritual products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are processed.
Astrology consultations and digital services once delivered are non-refundable. Since these services involve time, expertise, and personalized analysis, refunds cannot be provided after the consultation has been completed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging in order to qualify for a return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
